Who is responsible for paying for the import charges or customs fees?

 

- The item prices do not include the import charges or customs duties. As an international buyer, it’s your responsibility to check which customs and import charges may apply to the item and pay them.

 

How do I track my order?

 

- After placing your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

What if I receive a damaged item?

 

- Images and proof of the damaged item needs to be sent via email to Info@officiallygoodforlife.com for verification immediately upon receiving the items. If the claim with the images and proof of damage is not received within the same day of receiving the item, we will be unable to process any replacement. If the item is accepted for replacement after verification, a customer care representative shall be in touch with you within 24-48 for a replacement.
